Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also remain in its original packaging. To complete the return, we require you to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer. Customers may only be charged for shipping costs (including return shipping costs) once; consumers will not be charged any return shipping costs when returning products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your original credit card or payment method within a certain timeframe.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process. If you have completed all the above steps but still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@ukdos.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must bear the shipping costs. The specific costs will depend on the shipping company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred as a result.
